Cinchio Solutions, a provider of point-of-sale (POS), kiosk, and mobile ordering technology for the hospitality and outdoor recreation industry, today announced the rollout of its new “charge to site” functionality for campground and RV park operators using Campspot. Guests can now seamlessly charge purchases directly to their Campspot reservation simply by providing their name at checkout, eliminating the need to carry wallets or cash throughout a property.

This new feature expands on Cinchio’s existing payment flexibility, which already includes wristband charging. With “charge to site,” operators can enable payment to a guest’s Campspot reservation with no additional setup or admin work. Alternatively, campgrounds can choose to enable Cinchio’s wristband integration with Campspot, enabling payments on POS and digital ordering channels like self-service kiosks and mobile ordering.

“Campgrounds and RV resorts are about relaxation and ease, and technology should support that experience,” said Tom Bell, Managing Director at Cinchio Solutions. “By enabling guests to leave their wallets behind while still enjoying full access to food, beverage, and retail purchases, we’re helping operators deliver a smoother and more enjoyable stay.”

Driving Value for Guests and Operators

For operators, the integration helps:

  • Increase ancillary revenue by removing friction at the point of purchase
  • Simplify operations with seamless data flow between Campspot reservations and Cinchio systems
  • Boost guest satisfaction by providing easy, secure, and consistent payment options property-wide

With this latest innovation, Cinchio and Campspot continue their shared mission of helping campgrounds and RV resorts modernize operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
