Centegra has announced an exciting new chapter following the acquisition of a majority of its shares by SSA Ventures, LLC. Centegra will be partnering with Cinchio Solutions, also a SSA Ventures company, to provide best-in-class bundled digital services to the hospitality and multi-use venue industries.
This acquisition recognizes the continued success and industry leadership of Centegra, which now processes over 5 million transactions monthly, and aligns with expanding relationships in the United States.
Tom Bell, founder and CEO of Centegra, will spearhead Centegra’s joint efforts with Cinchio Solutions’ existing U.S. presence in the hospitality and multi-use venue markets. Commenting on the acquisition and subsequent partnership, Bell said:
